    Hi I tried to register my DS708 and it gave a message that says Registration failed.

    My S/N is DS015Q002275

     Hi, is it a used tool you bought from others? According to the record on server, it has been registered on 2013-03-15. Thus there is no need to register it again.

     No, I just want to update it and its been like a year or two, just trying to find out how to get more updates? Plus the website changed since i last logged on and its asking me to register the tool as part of my registration.

     HI, what is your Autel ID please? We can bound it to your Autel ID, so you could login to your own ID nad purchase yearly uppdate service for it.
